UNIT 315, BUILDING 3, OF VERANDA I AT FAIRWAY ISLE, A CONDOMINIUM IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3039, PAGES 153 THROUGH 234, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AND ALL OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND SUBJECT TO THE MASTER ASSOCIATION DECLARATION FOR HERITAGE PALMS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3037, PAGE 2929 THROUGH 3006, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AND ALL OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
