YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, LAKE SEMINOLE RESORT SOUTH RESIDENCE, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 544. of LAKE SEMINOLE ESTATES, a Cooperative, according to the Master Form Exclusive Right of Possession recorded in O.R. Book 6677, Pages 339-355, and Exhibit “A” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Amendment to the Master Form Exclusive Right of Possession recorded in O.R. Book 8347, Pages 896-897, of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida. With the following street address: 544 Skipper Drive, #544, Seminole, Florida, 33772
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
