NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2023, and entered in Case No. 23-007458-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB AS TRUSTEE OF THE RRA CP OPPORTUNITY TRUST 1, is Plaintiff and JOANNE M. RIGGS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOANNE M. RIGGS, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 28th day of February, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, WHITEGATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 79, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1018 Lake Palms Drive, Largo, Florida 33771
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
