PARCEL NO.36, THE SOUTH 132.32 FEET OF THE NORTH 396.96 FEET OF THE WEST 165.01 FEET OF THE EAST 825.06 FEET OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE WEST 15.00 FEET OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PARCEL BEING RESERVED AS AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1981 NOBILITY HOMES, INC. MOBILE HOME, VIN(S) N11218A AND N11218B
and commonly known as: 1418 RAVENNA HOLLOW RD, ODESSA, FL 33556; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on March 25, 2024 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
