NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 21, 2023 in Civil Case No. 23-CA-011846 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH
JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY is Plaintiff and KATHLEEN A. HAMILTON A/K/A KATHLEEN HAMILTON, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of January, 2024 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24, OF BOUGENVISTA AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 28, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
