NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Second Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 18, 2023, in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
(a) An undivided one twenty-eighths (1/28) interest in and to Lot 9, Block “B”, A.E. HOXIE'S SUBDIVISION, according to map or plat on file and of record in Plat Book 1, Page 30, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; SUBJECT TO an easement over the North 10 feet thereof;
EXCEPTING, however, therefrom any and all building and improvements of any nature located on said land beyond that part and portion of said buildings and improvements herein after specifically included; and EXCEPTING therefrom any separate right to the air space above said real property, except the right of ownership thereof as tenants in common with the other apartment owners.
(b) Together with that certain apartment located in the improvements upon said land, consisting of approximately 650 square feet, known as APARTMENT NUMBER 2, and so designated on the entrance door of said apartment, and so shown by the plan attached hereto, marked “Apartment Unit Plan”, and together with an interest in common with other twenty-seven 1/28th interest owners of said land in public space and area, as much public space and area is reflected on said attached “Apartment Units Plan”, and right of way for ingress and egress to and from said apartment and public accessories appertaining thereto, and also the right of use in common of public halls, public passageways, and other public portions and any common equipment of said building and improvements, together with the exclusive right to use parking space number 2.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 25, 2024, beginning at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
