NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 177, of BAY ISLAND GROUP NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3540, Page 677, and Amendment to Declaration of Condominium in Official Records Book 4044, Page 485, and being further described in Condominium Plat Book 14, Pages 50 through 54, inclusive of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements. With the following property address: 7420 Bay Island Drive S., #177, South Pasadena, FL 33707.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 25, 2024.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
