NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated December 19, 2023, and entered in Case No. 20-000095-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which BJ Heron Properties, Inc., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and all other Claimants claiming By, Through, Under or Against Christopher W. Goforth, deceased; Arnold Goforth, as an Heir of Christopher W. Goforth, Deceased; Janelle Smith, as an Heir of Christopher W. Goforth, Deceased; Jeramy Smith, as an Heir of Christopher W. Goforth, Deceased; John Goforth, as an Heir of Christopher W. Goforth; Jamie Goforth, as an Heir of Christopher W. Goforth, Deceased; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM EST on the 1st day of February, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
