MILLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VALLIS F. MILLER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE COLONY HOUSE, INC. are the Defendant(s). Laura E. Roth as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.volusia.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 19, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
