NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated December 27, 2023, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at http://www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 31st day of January, 2024 the following described real property:
Lot 3, of the re-subdivision of Lot 52, Block 3, Country Club Estates, as per map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 31, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
