NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 22, 2023, issued in and for Polk County, Florida, in Case No. 2023-CA-000264, wherein EQUITY TRUST COMPANY CUSTODIAN FBO LISA DAGUE IRA is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ALFRED J. TATRO, PAUL JOSEPH TATRO A/K/A PAUL TATRO and POLO PARK HOME OWNER`S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on February 05, 2024, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.polk.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
