NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 7, 2023, and an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale dated January 08, 2024, issued in and for Polk County, Florida, in Case No. 2022-CA-004165, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF CABANA SERIES V TRUST is the Plaintiff, and MAYKEL SICILIA and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAYKEL SICILIA N/K/A ADRIANNA RODRIGUEZ are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on February 13, 2024, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.polk.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
