NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated December 18, 2023 and entered in 2020-CA-006113 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, wherein Amirhouses.com, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Thomas Martino as Trustee Under That Certain Land Trust Dated February 20, 2008 and Numbered 1904, et al is the Defendant. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 30, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
