Application received: December 26, 2023. Proposed activity: Development of warehouse with necessary drive area, parking, and stormwater management system. The property lies within flood-zones “X” and “AE”. There are two wetlands on site. Neither wetland is to be impacted. Project name: Linder Industrial Site Expansion. Project size: 4.12 acres.
