Defendants.
NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on August 30, 2023, and is now pending as case number 2023-CC-5771 in the County Court in the State of Florida, County of Lee.
The names of the unserved parties to the action are:
SOUND DECISION CONSULTING, INC., and SANGITABEN BAVARIYA
and the nature of the proceeding is a breach of contract action $30,000-50,000.
This notice shall be published once each week for 4 consecutive weeks in the Business Observer publication.
Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on plaintiff's attorney, Mark C. Anderson, whose address is 5237 Summerlin Commons Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33907 on or before February 20, 2024 the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
