NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered 12/21/2023 in Civil Case No. 22-CA-007444 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and Johnny Johnson, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of February, 2024 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
From the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 29 South, Range 22 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, run thence South 288 feet; thence East 20.11 feet for a point of beginning; continue thence East 105 feet; thence South 589.87 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of State Road #60, thence Northwesterly, along the said right-of-way line on a curve to the right, having a radius of 2814.79 feet, to a point South of point of beginning; thence North 523.30 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
