NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 13, 2021 in Civil Case No. 18-CA-009441 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and JOSEPH A. MOLEY, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of February, 2024 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 16, TOWN `N COUNTRY PARK, UNIT #5, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA LESS THE SOUTH 10.00 FEET OF THE EAST 100.00 FEET.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
