NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated December 7, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 22-002106-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-17, Plaintiff and IRENE L. MCCLIMANS are defendant(s), Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on March 12, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
