NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to an Amended Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 31st day of October A.D., 2023 in the cause wherein SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, was plaintiff(s), and PATRICK M MURPHY, was defendant(s), being Case No. 11-3541-CI21 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, Patrick M Murphy a/k/a Patrick Michael Murphy in and to the following described property to wit:
