PRESERVE AT LANSBROOK CONDO, THE PHASE I, UNIT ID more particularly described as:
Unit 1D, Building (Phase) 1, of THE Preserve at Landsbrook, a Condominium, according to the declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 9740, Page 1801, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided sahre in the common elements, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on RICHARD D. GREEN, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1010 Drew Street, Clearwater, Florida 33755, on or before 30 Days after 1st Publication Date, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
