January 2, 2024, entered in Case No. 2023-CA-003618-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein ASBEL ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and EDDIE K. JOHNSON is the Defendant, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Clerk of Court of Pasco County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at https://pasco.realforeclose.com/ at 11:00 AM, on the 28th day of February 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
