You Are Notified that an action to foreclose a lien for unpaid condominium common expense assessments on the following property in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 6204, SILVER OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 1873, at Page 1929, and as subsequently amended, in the public records of Collier County, Florida;
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on James Michael Costello, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is:
