NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 29, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022 CA 004720 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Thomas Bryn Walmsley is Plaintiff and Joshua B. Ferrill, Kristin Garcia-Ferrill, Sarasota County, Florida are Defendants, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 am on the 20th day of February, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EASTERLY 30 FEET OF LOT 12668 AND ALL OF LOTS 12669, 12670, 12671, 12672, 12673 AND, UNIT 48, SOUTH VENICE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
