NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023 CA 005040 NC of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ROYAL PALM OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JENNIFER L. TONNESEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER L. TONNESEN NKA MICHAEL TONNESEN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESION NKA KYLE TONNESEN are Defendants, Karen E. Rushing as Clerk of said Court, Sarasota County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [x] www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 a.m., on the 20th day of February, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 5340, Phase II, Royal Palm Villas of Sarasota, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 1751, Page 2054, as amended in Official Records Book 1791, Page 1483, Official Record Book 1833, Page 2469, and Official Records Book 1833, Page 2472, and a per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 23, Pages 50, 50A and 50B, as amended in Condominium Book 24, Pages 1 and 1A, Condominium Book 24, Pages 33 and 33A, and Condominium Book 25, Pages 19 and 19A, Condominium Plat Book 26, Pages 39 & 39A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto and all amendments thereto as forth in said Declarations.
