NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 20, 2023, and entered in Case No. 29-2022-CA-004736 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust National Association, Not In Its Individual CAPA City But Solely As Owner Trustee For Rcaf Acquisition Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Floyd Joseph Smallarz, Jr. a/k/a Joseph Smallarz, Jr. a/k/a F.
