NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem dated December 31, 2023, entered in Civil Case No.: 22-CA-000936 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-HE2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, Plaintiff, and RODELYNE OTELLO; WISLEY OTELLO; THE ELAHI GROUP LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A KATHIE KLAGES, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 14th day of June, 2024, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 41 AND 42, BLOCK 4716, UNIT 70, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 58 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
