Final Judgment was awarded on January 3, 2024 in Civil Case No. 2023-CA-014056-O, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR6 is the Plaintiff, and JULIETA ROMERO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIETA ROMERO; HUNTINGTON ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 10 BLDG. 17 OF HUNTINGTON ON THE GREEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR HUNTINGTON ON THE GREEN, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ANNEXED THERETO, FILED THE 6TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1979, IN O.R. BOOK 3036, PAGE 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
