NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 30, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-012186-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein BROKER SOLUTIONS, INC. DBA NEW AMERICAN FUNDING is Plaintiff and Joseph Daniel Mojica, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of February, 2024 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK A, REPLAT OF LAKEWOOD HILLS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Y, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
