NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2023, and entered in Case No. 52-2021-CA-005565 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and SRP 2013-9 Funding Trust, The Boulevard Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the February 7, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 530 BUILDING NO. 27, THE BOULEVARD CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE(S) 27 THROUGH 33, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4770, PAGE 233 ET SEQ; TOGETHER WITH SUCH AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
