$19,751.98 USD was seized via search warrant by the Flagler County Sheriff's Office on or about December 9, 2023, from JP Morgan Chase Account owed by Carlos Villarreal Jr., in reference to criminal case #2023-00093898. The funds originated from a victim located in Flagler County which were taken, stolen and/or unlawfully obtained or are proceeds from unlawful activities in violation of §817.034, Scheme to Defraud and §896.10 Money Laundering.

The victim in this matter seeks to have the seized funds released into their custody. This notice is provided consistent with §812.061, Florida Statutes.
