NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 18, 2014, and an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated January 16, issued in and for Pasco County, Florida, in Case No. 12-CA-4534-WS, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF LSRMF MH MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST II is the Plaintiff, and JOHN L. LEE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN L. LEE N/K/A BOBBI LEE, SHERMAN ACQUISITION LIMITED PARTNERSHIP and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BOBBY TRENT are the Defendants.
