Final Judgment was awarded on April 17, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2022CA000198000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED LOANS STRUCTURED TRANSACTION TRUST, SERIES 2019-3 is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS E. THOMPSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS E. THOMPSON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
