NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 12, 2024, and entered in Case No. 48-2019-CA-004545-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon F/K/A The Bank of New York, as Trustee for First Horizon Alternative Mortgage Securities Trust 2007-FA3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates. Series 2007-FA3 , is the Plaintiff and Edwin Torres, Eva I. Torres ,Century Bank f/k/a Century Bank FSB, Waterford Lakes Tract N-31B Neighborhood Association, Inc., Waterford Lakes Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the February 22, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 79, WATERFORD LAKES TRACT N-31B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 129-131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
