NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Breach of Guaranty of Note signed and docketed on January 17, 2024 in Civil Case Number 2023-CA-012586-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein BGF HOLDINGS, LLC is the Plaintiff and KMTG - PRISMA INVESTMENT, LLC; ALFONSO SANTIAGO; FLORIDAYS ORLANDO RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. N/K/A DCP IDRIVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, the Orange County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on February 16, 2024 beginning at 11:00 a.m. by online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property in Orange County, Florida, as set forth in the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Breach of Guaranty of Note, to wit:
