Final Judgment was awarded on September 26, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2023-CA-001995-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS TRUSTEE FOR CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-17 is the Plaintiff, and SYLVIA COLEMAN; KISHANNA M. WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KISHANNA M. WILLIAMS N/K/A NICHOLAS WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A NYTHIEM WHITEBORN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on March 6, 2024 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 77, OF SAN JOSE SHORES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
