Pringle, Oakleaf Hammock Homeowners Association, Inc., Aqua Finance, Inc., Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Rebecca Garland, Unknown Party#2 N/K/A Garland Hostetler, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the February 20, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 123, OF OAKLEAF HAMMOCK, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE(S) 58 AND 71, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
