YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Declaratory Judgment has been filed against you to have the Peak Property and Casualty Insurance Corporation policy of insurance #11407738427 that was issued to Angel B. Aguilar, declared null and void as of the reinstatement date of August 26, 2022 for misrepresentations, omissions, concealment and incorrect statements that were material to the acceptance of the risk and the hazards assumed. You are further notified that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Robert E. O'Connell, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P. O. Box #5084, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442, telephone number (561) 999-3250, on or before a February 28, 2024 and file the original with the Clerk of the Court.
If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week in the Business Observer or other newspaper which has circulation in Manatee County.
