NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023-CC-3792 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LANDINGS SOUTH I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MARK D. SIEGEL is Defendant, Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
