NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Consent Final Judgment dated December 19, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 2023 CA 000055 NC in Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff and LOGAN CREPEAU; AMANDA CREPEAU are Defendant(s), Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on April 26, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
