Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Consent In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 22, 2024 in the above-styled Case Number 2022 CA 000743 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit No 201, Building Thirteen, Forest Lakes Village, Section Two, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O R Book 1025, Page 1088, et seq, as amended and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 7, Pages 14 and 14A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property address of: 2688 Clubhouse Dr., Unit 201, Bldg. 13, Sarasota, FL 34232 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on February 22, 2024. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
