NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 10, 2024 entered in Civil Case No. 23-CA-011605 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein KIAVI FUNDING, INC., Plaintiff and ONE HOUR HOUSE SOLUTIONS, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; ASHLEY RADER, an Individual are defendants, Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on March 11, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
