PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the requirements of ยง733.2121 (2), Florida Statutes:
1. The administration of the estate of Robert Joseph Schmid, deceased, case number 23-CP-0684, is pending in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which 3301 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112.
2. The personal representative is Sean Thomas Smith, 1115 E. Orange Avenue, Eustis, FL 32726.

4. The date of first publication of this notice is January 26, 2024.
5. All creditors of the decedent having claims against the decedent's estate must file their claims with this court within the later of three (3) months after the time of the first publication of this notice or 30 days after the date of service of a copy of this notice on them. All claims not filed within the time periods set forth herein will be forever barred.
6. Any claim filed two (2) years or more after the decedent's date of death is barred by law.
