Final Judgment was awarded on July 14, 2023 in Civil Case No. 19-CA-013029, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, FIFTH THIRD BANK is the Plaintiff, and BETTY L HARTMAN; KIMBERLY ANN NAUMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIMBERLY ANN NAUMAN N/K/A MICHAEL NAUMAN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENU; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE TWINLAKES TOWNHOUSES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR

APARTMENT UNIT NO. 13619, BUILDING NO. 15, CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE TWINLAKES TOWNHOUSES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2966 PAGE 1771, ANY FURTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN ALL COMMON ELEMENTS, IF ANY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
