COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, WILDWOOD 3 INVESTORS, LLC., by and through her undersigned counsel hereby gives Notice of Foreclosure Sale by the Clerk of the Circuit andCounty Courts of Collier County, Florida, will on March 7, 2024 at 11:00am at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 13, Township 50 South, Range 25 East Collier County, Florida; thence run North 01°34'17” West for 149.72 feet along the East boundary of said section to the Northeasterly right of Way line of U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail); thence North 39°05'20” West 685.65 feet to the Point of beginning; thence North 39°05'20” West 200 feet along said Line; thence North 50°54'40” East for 400 feet; thence North 39°05'20” West for 37.18 feet; thence North 50°54'40” East for 308.56 feet to the East boundary of said section; thence South 01°34'17” East 299.02 feet along Said boundary; thence South 50°54'40” West 526.45 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Pursuant to the Final Judgement of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
