NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 18th day of January, 2024, and entered in Case No. 22-CA-004506 , of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and DALTON LEE DEAN A/K/A DEAN D. LEE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DALTON LEE DEAN A/K/A DEAN D. LEE and AQUA FINANCE, INC. are defendants. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 19th day of March, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 210 FEET OF THE WEST 210 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST; LESS THE SOUTH 40 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OFWAY, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
