NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2019 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 19, 2024, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-CA-011691 (G) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County,
Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and JACINTA C. BROUWN; MANUEL GLENN MIRANDA; JENNIFER J. MIRANDA; LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
CINDY STUART, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 21st day of February, 2024, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 88, LIVE OAK PRESERVE PHASE 2A-VILLAGES 9,10,11 AND 14, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGE 46, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
