NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 12, 2024, and entered in Case No. 29-2019-CA-003884 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, is the Plaintiff and Brian Rubright, Hillsborough County, Florida, Bay Pointe Colony Condominium Association, Inc., Brian Rubright, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the February 13, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BUILDING 15 UNIT 2, OF BAY POINTE COLONY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17517, PAGES 698 - 835, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
