NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 19, 2024, and entered in Case No. 29-2021-CA-008604 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Yoel K. Bush aka Yoel K. Bush, Sr., deceased, United States of America Acting through Commissioner of Housing and Urban Development, Grow Financial Federal Credit Union Fka Macdill Federal Credit Union, Jeffrey D. Fishman, Trustee for the Fmc Profit Sharing Plan, a Trust, Candice Rebecca Kluzek aka Becky Kluzek, Diana Lyle, Yoel Bush, Jr., Noele Jean Riley aka Noele Petruccelli, Candice Rebecca Kluzek as Personal Representative of the Estate of Yoel K.
