NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” entered in Case No. 2023-CA-015074 on January 20, 2024, in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Ocean Capital Ventures, Inc., Plaintiff, and RMACK, LLC, Todd Anderson and Grand Hampton Homeowner's Association, Inc., collectively, the Defendants, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described below to the highest bidder, for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of February 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 11, Grand Hampton Phase 5, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 111, Page 114, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.813
