NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 17, 2024, in Civil Case No. 22-CA-003805, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, FIFTH THIRD BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and IDALIA MERCADO-PEREZ. CO-TRUSTEE OF THE ISRAEL MERCADO TRUST DATED APRIL 18, 2017; IDA MERCADO -PEREZ; EVELYN MADRIGAL, are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Kevin C. Karnes will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on February 23, 2024 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 81, UNIT 7, PLAT OF NORTH 1/2 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, AT PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
